Bob has over 25 years industrial experience as Financial Director of subsidiaries of major plc’s. He has been advising private companies for over 15 years, focussing on the acquisition and sale of private companies, including management buy-outs.

He is a specialist in Corporate Finance including debt and equity funding, company valuations, acquisitions/divestments and management buy outs. This is supported by his significant experience of valuing businesses and fund raising skills.

Bob advises businesses on succession planning, growth strategies improving business performance and financial management. He has specialist knowledge and experience of company turnarounds and acts as an expert witness in the valuation of shares of private companies.
