Clive has had significant exposure to corporate and business tax planning and is actively involved in the development and delivery of corporate finance services for the partnership. Within the corporate finance team, he is a point of referral regarding complex matters requiring careful planning prior to resolution.
As Chairman, it is Clive’s responsibility to ensure the pro-active management of the client base, to prompt early attention to succession strategy, identifying the potential for changing control through management buy out or trade sale. Delivery of these services requires in depth liaison with clients to ensure desired solutions are achieved, both from a commercial and tax effective perspective.
