Tim has worked as a tax inspector for the Inland Revenue and also worked in London for a top twenty firm for a number of years before moving to the North West. He is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Tim holds a tax advisory role across the Mitchell Charlesworth Group and has many years of experience in company sales, re-organisations, management buy outs and acquisitions and mergers to ensure all are structured in a tax efficient way. Tim acts for clients of varying sizes and this includes overseeing multi million pound transactions and deals. He finds solutions to complex tax issues surrounding corporate finance activities.
